The recently released guidance of priority change for sponsor licence holders is quite helpful because it considers change of circumstances and you can prioritise certain requests on urgent basis each day through an email.

What kind of requests can you raise each day?

The requests covered are :

  • add a representative in the SMS
  • amend your organisation details (if moved to a new office location)
  • change level 1 user
  • add a new level 1 user
  • additional certificate of sponsorship (CoS) allocation
  • annual certificate of sponsorship (CoS) allocation
  • replace the authorising officer (AO)
  • amend the authorising officer (AO)
  • replace the key contact (KC)
  • amend the key contact (KC)

These requests are dealt with on an urgent basis. However, this does not mean that the requests will be approved. It is subjected to the guidelines and criteria of each request raised.

Conditions for eligibility for using priority change of circumstances

This priority change of circumstances can be utilised by those licenced sponsors who have A-rated sponsor licence holders.

You more likely than not presented a solicitation by means of the Sponsor Management System (SMS) preceding messaging the Worker and Temporary Worker need priority service mailbox.

 

  • The solicitation should not be in progress/or distributed to a case manager.
  • you probably printed the accommodation sheet if your solicitation is to supplant the approving official or choose an agent
  • you can’t be an exceptional support, or mentioning need for a Student case (If you are a top notch support, kindly contact your record chief)
  • if the solicitation is for extra testaments of sponsorship, they should be for unclear CoS just (if it’s not too much trouble, note: any characterized CoS solicitations will be dismissed, and a discount won’t be given)

 

  • you should present a completely finished application to the priority service team.
  • you probably printed the accommodation sheet if your solicitation is to supplant the approving official or choose an agent
  • you can’t be an exceptional support, or mentioning need for a Student case (If you are a top notch support, kindly contact your record chief)
  • if the solicitation is for extra testaments of sponsorship, they should be for unclear CoS just (if it’s not too much trouble, note: any characterized CoS solicitations will be dismissed, and a discount won’t be given)

 

How to apply ?

You need to send your priority requests on the Home Office’s registered email address( postlicencepriorityservice@homeoffice.gov.uk, with a completed Worker and Temporary Worker priority request form as an attachment.)

You can send as many as 60 requests in a day. You must note that all requests must be from the same sponsor, only then it will be accepted.

If your application is accepted you will receive a confirmation email, followed by another email for payment through worldpay link to complete the payment procedure. You will be given 72 hours to complete this payment process. If you are not able to pay within 72 hours then your priority service request will expire.

Processing time & fee

It takes for about 5 working days for your request to be processed and you are charged £200 per request.

The Home Office will reach out to you via the same email in case your request is complex and needs further information.
